1. General Refund Rules
We want you to be satisfied with web2app.tools. Refund requests are considered according to this policy and applicable law.
A refund can only be claimed within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date unless applicable law gives you a longer right.
2. How to Request a Refund
Request a refund from your account dashboard. Please include your account email, order ID or purchase date, and the reason for the request. We usually respond within 5-7 business days.
3. Subscription Refunds
If a refund is approved for an active subscription, we may calculate it based on the unused portion of the billing period.
Refund = total fee x remaining days / total days
4. Withdrawal Rights
If you are located in the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right. If you are a California consumer, additional cancellation rights may apply.
5. When Refunds Are Not Provided
- Requests made after the refund window
- Expired subscriptions, unless required by law
- Promotional codes, discounts, and trial periods unless stated otherwise
- Requests connected to abuse, fraud, or violations of the Terms of Service
6. Technical Issues
If a significant technical issue prevents use of the Service, contact support. We may offer a refund, account credit, or subscription extension at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks and Policy Changes
