1. General Refund Rules

We want you to be satisfied with web2app. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund according to the terms below.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as stated in this policy or required by applicable law. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

A refund can only be claimed within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and account email
  • Order ID or purchase date
  • Reason for your refund request

Response time: 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Refunds

If a refund is approved for an active subscription, we calculate the refund amount as:

Refund = Total fee × (Remaining days / Total days)

Example: $49 monthly plan, cancelled after 10 of 30 days: refund = $49 × (20/30) ≈ $32.67.

If your subscription has expired, no refund will be issued. For automatically renewed subscriptions, you must request a refund within 30 days of the renewal date.

4. European Users – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are located in the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from your subscription contract without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us before the withdrawal period expires by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Withdrawal Request”.

If you have already used the Service during the withdrawal period, we may deduct from your refund an amount proportional to the Service used up to the point of withdrawal.

5. US California Residents

You have the right to cancel within three business days of purchase and receive a full refund, regardless of whether you have used the Service.

6. When Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Expired subscriptions (unless requested within 30 days of the last renewal)
  • Cases where the majority of the subscription period has already been used
  • Requests made after the 30-day window
  • Promotional codes, discounts, or trial periods
  • Requests that violate these Terms of Service

7. Technical Issues

If you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact support. We may at our discretion provide a full or partial refund, account credit, or subscription extension.

8. Chargebacks

If your refund request is denied under this policy, please do not initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first resolving the dispute with us. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of your account and may be referred to fraud prevention services.

9. Policy Changes

We may modify this policy at any time. For material changes that reduce your rights, registered subscribers will receive email notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
