1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using web2app (“the Service”) at web2app.tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and their end users.

2. Description of Service

web2app is a SaaS platform that enables businesses and creators to build web-to-app marketing funnels, including quizzes, paywalls, landing pages, and onboarding flows. The Service includes funnel creation tools, analytics, subscriber management, and payment processing integrations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or other malicious content
• Collect or harvest personal data from your end users without proper consent
• Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• Build a product or service that directly competes with web2app using the Service

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as set out in our Money-Back Policy or as required by applicable law. Please review that policy before subscribing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by web2app and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Your Responsibilities as a Funnel Operator

When you publish funnels using the Service and collect data from your end users, you are acting as a data controller. You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar)
• Providing your end users with a compliant privacy policy
• Obtaining necessary consents before collecting personal data
• Ensuring your funnels do not contain misleading or unlawful content

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEB2APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless web2app and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of your end users or third parties.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of habitual residence.
