web2app.tools is a SaaS platform for building, publishing, measuring, and monetizing no-code funnel experiences, including landing steps, quizzes, email capture, paywalls, checkout, success screens, analytics, webhooks, and custom domains.

• You are responsible for keeping credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malware or spam, collect personal data without proper notice or consent, mislead visitors, attack our systems, resell the Service without permission, or build a directly competing service using the Service.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features may require subscription fees, revenue-share fees, or payment processing through third-party processors. Fees are billed according to the plan selected and may be changed with notice where required.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Money-Back Policy and applicable law.

7. User Content and Funnel Operator Responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and deliver that content as part of the Service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, privacy notices, payment claims, and visitor consents for funnels you publish.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
