Audience

Audience is where you inspect real visitor sessions from your published funnels.

You can see what people viewed, where they stopped, whether they left an email, and export the list when needed.

What you can see

Open Audience to review:

  • recent browser sessions
  • linked emails captured on the same session
  • session status such as visitor, lead, checkout, or success
  • session timelines
  • saved quiz answers
  • CSV export for sessions or emails

Filters and exports

  1. Choose a funnel if you want to narrow the view.
  2. Change the number of rows if needed.
  3. Turn on Only sessions with email if you only want sessions linked to an email.
  4. Use Export to download either Sessions CSV or Emails CSV.

Filters apply immediately and stay in the page URL, so you can share the same view with your team.

One funnel workspaces

If your workspace has only one funnel, it is selected automatically.

Tips

  • Place email capture after you’ve earned attention (e.g. after a quiz or strong landing).
  • Keep forms short — usually email is enough; optional name if you need personalization.
  • Mention how you’ll use the email (privacy line on the step) to build trust.

Webhooks

If your funnel settings include a webhook URL, the system can notify your automation or backend when a new lead arrives. See Webhooks for the payload shape.
