Leads

Leads are contacts captured when someone completes an email capture step (or similar) on a published funnel.

Viewing leads

Open Leads to see recent submissions, which funnel they came from, and any extra fields you collect. If your workspace offers CSV export, use it for your CRM or email tool.

Tips

  • Place email capture after you’ve earned attention (e.g. after a quiz or strong landing).
  • Keep forms short — usually email is enough; optional name if you need personalization.
  • Mention how you’ll use the email (privacy line on the step) to build trust.

Webhooks

If your funnel settings include a webhook URL, the system can notify your automation or backend when a new lead arrives. See Webhooks for the payload shape.
