Subscribers

Subscribers lists people who paid through your funnel checkout — subscriptions (monthly/yearly) or one-time purchases, depending on how you configured plans.

What you’ll see

Typical columns include funnel, plan, status (active, trialing, canceled, past due, etc.), and renewal or period information when applicable. Exact columns match what your product shows today.

After checkout

When a visitor completes payment successfully, their record should appear here after a short delay. If something looks wrong, check that the funnel is published, plans are set up correctly, and your workspace payments configuration is complete (see Payments (Stripe)).

Use this list to answer billing questions or to coordinate with your payment provider’s dashboard for refunds and disputes — according to your internal process.
