Analytics
Analytics shows how your published funnels perform over time.
You can review views, visitors, emails captured, confirmed paid, daily trends, conversion stages, traffic sources, countries, step drop-off, and quiz answer summaries.
How to use it
- Open Analytics from the sidebar.
- Choose a time range.
- If you have more than one funnel, choose the funnel you want to review.
- Read the summary cards and charts.
- Expand a funnel row to see step drop-off in the same order as your funnel editor.
One funnel workspaces
If your workspace has only one funnel, it is selected for you automatically.
What the summary cards mean
| Card | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total Views | How many times visitors opened the funnel. |
| Unique Visitors | How many distinct visitor sessions were active in the selected period. |
| Emails Captured | How many visitor sessions submitted an email successfully. |
| Confirmed Paid | How many confirmed paid conversions appeared in the selected period. |
Daily Views
The Daily Views chart shows funnel opens by day for the selected period.
Use it to spot:
- launch days
- campaign spikes
- days with unusually low traffic
Conversion stages
The conversion block shows the visitor path in simple stages:
- Viewed
- Email Captured
- Checkout Viewed
- Success Viewed
- Confirmed Paid
Use this to spot where people continue and where they drop off.
What Confirmed Paid means
Confirmed Paid is based on confirmed payment records. It is stricter than simply reaching a success screen.
Quiz Aggregate
To review quiz answers:
- Choose a funnel in Analytics.
- Go to the Quiz Aggregate block.
- Choose the question you want to inspect.
- Review the response count, question count, and answer share.
If the selected funnel has no quiz steps, the block stays empty.
Funnel Breakdown
The Funnel Breakdown block shows each funnel with:
- total views
- total visitors
- step drop-off in editor order
Use Drill into Audience to open the matching visitor list for that funnel.
Built-in events vs external tools
| Source | What it is for |
|---|---|
| This Analytics page | Automatically recorded when real visitors load live funnel URLs. No extra setup in funnel settings beyond publishing. |
| Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel | Optional fields under funnel Settings → Analytics & Tracking. Use them when you want the same traffic to appear in Google or Meta reports. |
The built-in dashboard and GA4 / Meta are separate: turning on GA4 or Meta does not replace what you see here — it adds reporting in those products (according to how you configured them there).
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (funnel settings)
- Open funnel Settings → Analytics & Tracking.
- Paste your GA4 Measurement ID and/or your Meta Pixel ID if you use Facebook or Instagram ads.
- Save funnel settings.
When a field is filled and the funnel is published, the live funnel can load the standard Google or Meta scripts so those platforms can attribute visits. Editor preview does not load these external tags — use a normal Copy link session (or incognito) to verify in Google’s or Meta’s debug tools.
What gets sent to GA4 / Meta
Configuration in Google Tag Manager or inside Google Ads / Meta Events Manager decides how events map to conversions. The product provides the connection via your IDs; fine-grained event mapping is under your control in those tools.
Privacy
Only data your workspace and product are configured to collect appears in Analytics here and in any third-party tools you connect. Follow your company’s privacy policy and applicable laws when running campaigns.
