Quickstart

Get from zero to a published funnel in a few minutes.

1. Sign in to the dashboard

Use the sign-in link your team uses (usually web2app.tools), then enter your email and password.

Opened web2web.tools?

That address shows an alternate homepage only. Sign in, documentation, and the dashboard open on web2app.tools — same account.

Need access?

If you don't have login details yet, ask someone on your team.

Too many attempts

If you enter the wrong password many times, sign-in pauses for a short time. Wait a few minutes, then try again or ask your team for help.

2. Find your way around

After you sign in, you'll land in the dashboard. There are five sections: Funnels, Analytics, Audience, Subscribers, and Settings.

  • On a desktop — use the sidebar on the left.
  • On a phone — use the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

3. Create a funnel

Go to Funnels and click New funnel. Choose how to start:

  • Blank funnel — full control from scratch.
  • Template — pick a ready-made flow and replace the content. Templates already include a longer best-practice flow with Email Capture before checkout.
  • Generate with AI — paste an App Store link or enter your app details, then pick a Funnel language before generating. Review and refine everything in the editor.

You can start even when there is no finished product. In Generate with AI, choose the product-hypothesis path and enter the working idea name, target audience, problem to validate, idea description, and the demand signal you want to measure (for example waitlist signup, preorder, beta access, pricing interest, or qualified lead capture).

Give the funnel a name and a slug. The slug becomes part of the public link, so use something short and memorable. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only. The slug must be unique in your workspace.

4. Design the flow

Click the funnel name to open the editor. You'll see a canvas with steps as boxes and connections between them.

  • Add steps such as Landing, Quiz, Calculating, Email Capture, Score Result, Paywall, Checkout, and Success.
  • Connect steps so visitors move forward in the order you want.
  • Click a step to edit its content on the side — text, images, plans, and buttons.

Save as you go; your changes are stored automatically.

5. Branding and options

Open Settings from the menu next to the funnel (or from inside the editor). Set colors, fonts, logo, optional browser tab icon (use the logo or upload a favicon), navigation (progress bar, back button), footer and SEO, and optional Google Analytics / Meta Pixel IDs. See Funnel settings for every section.

6. Publish and share

When you're ready, open the menu next to the funnel and choose Publish. Then use Copy link from the same menu to copy the public URL.

  • Custom domain — branded link from settings (root / for your main funnel on that hostname, or /{slug} for others).
  • Default domain — full platform link; do not shorten or remove the workspace-safe part.

Share the copied link in Meta Ads, TikTok, email, or anywhere you acquire users. Details: Publishing & URLs.

7. Track results

Use Analytics for trends, daily views, conversion stages, breakdowns, and quiz reports.

Use Audience for visitor sessions, linked emails, timelines, and exports.

Use Subscribers for confirmed paying customers once payments are set up.
