Email capture step

The Email capture step collects an email address so you can follow up, sync to your CRM, or unlock the next part of the funnel. You can optionally ask for a name.

Fields you control

  • Headline and subheadline
  • Button label
  • Placeholder text for the email field
  • Privacy line (recommended — explain how you use the email)
  • Toggle name field on or off

After submit

Successful submissions appear under Leads in the dashboard. If a webhook is configured in funnel settings, your systems can be notified automatically.

Tips

  • Offer a clear reason to subscribe (“Get your plan”, “See your results”).
  • Don’t ask for more fields than you need.
  • Place this step after value (quiz result, strong pitch) for better conversion.
